Nadia Davari
An experienced attorney whose practice bridges entertainment, new media, corporate, and business law. Nadia works with digital media companies, start-ups, production companies, studios, networks, investors, and talent on entity formation, content acquisition, production, finance, and distribution, both domestic and international. She has restructured content-licensing deals for the MAVTV network, guided new-media ventures through formation, and negotiated television, animation, documentary, and feature agreements at Gigapix Studios. A UCLA graduate and USC Law alumna, she is a guest lecturer at the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
Kimberlina McKinney
Founder of KL&C, Kimberlina focuses on technology start-ups, music rights, and the entertainment industries, including television, film, and sports law.
